The Afropunk Festival was recently described by the New York Times as “the most multicultural festival in the US” and the Afropunk movement itself has become synonymous with the open-minded, non-conforming and unconventional, placing the institution at the epicenter of urban culture inspired by alternative music.
If you’ll be in Brooklyn for this weekend’s festival be sure to join us for Afropunk’s After Dark “Midnight Brunch” at the Brooklyn Tap House. Get there early as the first 25 fans through the door will receive a free print of Naturel’s “Obsidian” After Dark Edition, the official Afropunk art print for the 2015 Brooklyn festival.
Also, be sure to check out the entire line up and pick up tickets over at www.afropunkfest.com
Last but not least, be sure to follow @afropunkfest for up to the moment information.
