Murals In The Market artist Fel3000ft did his first release with 1xRUN back in 2011 with RUN #00077 Fermi Fields. The team over at Mass Appeal caught up with Fel3000ft to talk about his history in Detroit and Murals In The Market.
“[Murals In The Market] does have that DIY kind of feel. I think because Detroiters always try to make a way where there is no way. We have a never-say-die kind of mentality. We’ve always struggled to make our own opportunities. So yeah, I would say that is definitely the feel of this event. As far as my mural goes, I really wanted to just pick something that reflects that spirit of the city. Something that tells the story of the people who are here in the fight.” – Fel3000ft
