Cloud Dragon Head by Yosuke Ueno

1xRun: Tell us a little bit about this piece, how long did it take and is it still for sale?
Yosuke Ueno: This piece was created in 2013 with acrylic on canvas.  I don’t recall how long it took to finish, but I do remember that I just absorbed myself in finishing this piece. The original piece is still for sale and is available at Thinkspace Gallery.

1xRun: What is unique about this piece?
Yosuke Ueno: The dragon is a famous and popular character in Japanese Traditional art. I love this traditional motif. This dragon is flying and passing through space and time with a girl that represents love on it’s nose.

1xRun: Describe the piece in one gut reaction word for us.
Yosuke Ueno: going headlong into what he has decided to do.

1xRun: You also go by the name Spaceegg77, where did that name come from?
Yosuke Ueno: It came from the fact that I see myself as being an egg of creation.
