Mimi Yoon: “Once Upon A Time No More” was painted for the group show Glass, Cinder & Thorns III at Inner State Gallery, and the original was previously sold before the show.

Mimi Yoon: Not yet, but I plan to create a series of fairytale characters with a twist similar to that of “Once Upon A Time No More”.

Mimi Yoon: Acrylic on linen.

Mimi Yoon: The golden yarn cat’s cradle and the tattoo on her finger is a message to all the bullies out there.

Mimi Yoon: An agent suggested that I do a series of Disney princesses for fine art prints through a Disney licensed publisher, and while brainstorming, the idea came to me.

Mimi Yoon: It took about 2 weeks.
