Ten 1xRUN Alumni Help Kick Off Inaugural Kaaboo Del Mar ArtworK Showcase

Beginning September 17th in San Diego, California, the inaugural Kaaboo Del Mar music and arts festival will welcome over 100 musicians and over 20 visual artists, ten of whom are 1xRUN alumni including Aaron Glasson, Apex, Brendan Monroe, Celeste Byers, David Young V, Erik Otto, Hueman, Kamea Hadar, Lucien Shapiro and Tatiana Suarez, as well as a showcase from our friends Pangeaseed.

Highlighting an array of visual stimulation to accompany the music throughout the festival, Kaaboo ArtworK will feature live mural painting, intricate sculpture installations and unique exhibitions by globally acclaimed artists and galleries. Additional participating artists and galleries include Curator & Art Director Amandalynn, as well as Dirty Bandits, Distinction Gallery, Hot Tea, Ian Ross, Jade Rivera, Jet Martinez, Kelly Ording, Luna Rienne Gallery, Marcas Gallery, Minka Sicklinger, 111 Minna, Rocha Art, Victor Roman and more.  Kaaboo’s ArtworK gallery will also host a variety of pop up exhibitions, including an art fair and a curated Kaaboo Art Exhibition.

“I am extremely honored to have the opportunity to expose the epic works of all these visual artists to a new audience. Music and art are so naturally interwoven, it only makes sense to highlight them both with equal enthusiasm,” Amandalynn said.
